Sebagai ruang tempat beristirahat, semestinya kamar tidur mampu memberi ketenangan dan kenyamanan ketika kita berada di dalamnya. Lebih baik lagi apabila kamar tidur bisa memfasilitasi kebutuhan penghuninya sebagai individu yang unik. Oleh sebab itu, desain interior kamar tidur bersifat subyektif. Namun secara umum.... Ketenangan dan kenyamanan kamar tidur didapatkan antara lain melalui tata letak unsur interior yang rapi, warna yang teduh, pencahayaan yang menunjang suasana dan pemilihan perabot secukupnya saja Bagaimanakah itu? Yuk kita coba bahas... 1. TATA LETAK (LAYOUT) Tata letak unsur interior yang rapi sangat memudahkan aktifitas dalam kamar. Mengelompokkan kegiatan yang sama dalam 1 zona akan sangat membantu dalam menentukan posisi perabot dan aksesoris dalam kamar. Secara umum suatu kamar tidur terdiri dari zona istirahat, zona berpakaian dan zona aktifitas lainnya. Ketika menentukan layout , perlu diperhatikan juga kemudahan akses untuk membersihkan dan merapikan ruangan. 2. WARNA Yang dimaksud dengan warna-warna teduh adalah warna-warna muda. Misalnya putih, beige, coklat muda, sage, abu-abu muda, biru muda dan sebagainya. Gunakan satu atau dua warna kuat hanya untuk aksen. Misalnya pada satu sisi dinding, pada bantal, atau pada hiasan kamar. 3. PENCAHAYAAN Selain pencahayaan dari jendela pada siang hari atau pencahayaan lampu ruang pada malam hari, pencahayaan pada titik-titik tertentu dapat menciptakan suasana temaram nan cozy. Suasana yang sangat nyaman untuk beristirahat. 4. PEMILIHAN PERABOT Pilihlah perabot seperlunya saja sesuai kebutuhan dalam kamar tidurmu. Pada kamar berukuran kecil, ukuran perabot disesuaikan dengan dimensi ruangan. Jadi sebaiknya ukurlah kecukupan ruang sebelum membeli isi kamar tidur. Demikianlah sedikit ulasan untuk mendapatkan suasana kamar tidur yang tenang dan nyaman. Namun sesungguhnya semua kembali kepada selera penghuninya. Karena suasana yang membawa perasaan tenang dan nyaman bisa berbeda pada setiap orang.

Bisa ditambahkan di awal atau akhir memasak. - Pemakaian rempah kayumanis, cengkeh dan pala boleh diganti dengan bumbu spekuk dalam porsi kecil saja. Padanan : Karena rasanya yang manis, semur bisa dipadankan dengan lauk lain dengan bumbu yang lebih ringan dan yang pedas. Misalnya buncis dan wortel yang di blanching, setup sayuran, teri kacang balado, terong balado, bahkan dengan sambal mentah yang segar pun terasa lezat. Coba deh... Kolang kaling berasal dari buah muda pohon enau (aren). Untuk menjadi kolang kaling seperti yang kita kenal, prosesnya cukup panjang sebelum akhirnya sampai di pasar. Itu pun kita perlu mengolahnya lagi sedikit sebelum akhirnya siap dijadikan penganan yang kita inginkan. Kolang kaling yang kita beli biasanya berlendir dan agak asam. Berikut cara mengatasinya: Cuci kolang kaling & tiriskan. Rendam kolang kaling dalam air cucian beras (air tajin) selama 1-2 jam. Cucilah kolang kaling di bawah air mengalir sampai bersih dan tidak berlendir lagi. Untuk membuatnya wangi, masukkan daun pandan dan daun jeruk purut ketika dimasak. Selain rasanya yang enak, ternyata banyak manfaat dari kolang kaling, diantaranya: Melancarkan proses pencernaan, karena kolang kaling mengandung serat yang cukup tinggi. Sumber kalsium, bagus untuk kesehatan tulang dan sendi. Memberi efek kenyang karena kolang kaling mengandung agar-agar, serat kasar, dan karbohidrat. Cocok untuk yang sedang diet kan?
